The Libs Paving team began work early in the morning, with milling operations starting around 4:00 AM. Milling was completed halfway before paving commenced, allowing the team to maintain steady progress throughout the day. Striping was carried out by strategically closing off specific areas, ensuring the safety and flow of the worksite while maintaining efficiency.
CHALLENGES:
Due to weather sensitivity, the project demanded precise planning and scheduling to avoid potential delays. Space limitations introduced additional challenges, but through careful coordination and timing, the team minimized disruptions and upheld the project timeline. Constant weather monitoring and flexible scheduling played a vital role in the project’s success. Despite tight conditions, the job proceeded smoothly and met all requirements within the given constraints.
